1. Break It Down To Rounds

This should satisfy a lot of people who wants the sex to last all night long. Sex is not like your regular workouts. It’s not going to help you burn a lot of calories during one round. When it comes to sex you’ll need to break it down to at least three rounds. If you are not that serious about staying in shape, one or two is fine. As for the rest, at least three are going to help you out. Be sure to use protection on every round.

2. Sweat Stands For Progress

I know there are some people that feel nervous about this one. When you have sex you begin to feel sweat dripping down your body. You look around and see sweat around the entire body. That doesn’t mean that something is wrong with it. The sweat means you’re doing something right. It’s just like going to regular gym. Once you start sweating, it shows the improvement you’ve made.

3. Never Be Famished Or Dehydrated

It doesn’t matter that you are making progress if you are famished or dehydrated. This is when the rounds come along. Once you are done with round one that is when you get yourself ready for the next one. Go to the kitchen, eat some food, and drink some beverages. Reenergize yourself before you go back into the bedroom. Don’t overdo it though. How are you going to enjoy the next round if you’re tank is full, thereby creating future cramps. It’s good to fill yourself back up, but don’t do it too much.

It’s alright to add sex as another part of your workout regimen. It happens to work for some people. The process is the difficult part. But if you do everything carefully and not take it too far, sex will become a wonderful workout buddy for you.
